No signs of gas leak from around well and equipment.

Based on records, 8 hrs was allotted prior to commencement of activity. Depth of well was 5010 ft. Log was run of well. No signs of gas leak from around well and equipment.

One below grade pit onsite surrounded by fence, pit had at least 2ft of lined freeboard and appeared sound, operator should continue to monitor freeboard levels. Recommended that driller install a diffuser on pipe to minimize dust and cuttings from splattering along side of pit. Access road was stable; recommend that operator rock culvert outlets to resist erosion. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted.

One brine tank, appears structurally sound, located onsite laid on rock and surrounded by vegetative dike. Access road stable. All temporary bmp's have been removed. no violations noted at the time of this inspection.
