Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1894054 2010-06-24 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well drilled not yet equipped for production. Site was properly signed with E&S plan available for review. Two lined pits (one below grade drill pit, as well as one above grade freshwater pit.) and one unlined were observed on site. Both sustained the required 2ft of lined freeboard. Third pit was not utilized. Filter fence and a grub/brush line were properly installed down gradient from well pad. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site or access road. Access appeared road stable. Observed possible coal striations in cut bank behind drill pit, recommended that operator closely monitor cut bank. Operator should continue to monitor all bmp¿s until final restoration activities are completed. O&G Inspector Paul Wyrwas was also on site during inspection.
