Entering the site, we were met by Mr. Marc Mathers and Mr. Stephan Ault who are both Field Representatives for Chesapeake. The only activity at this site thus far was the construction of a tempoary, stone access road. The signage was complete. There was no lock box yet and the site plans and permit were not yet available. Throughout the site, it was staked but no E&S controls have been constructed according to the E&S plan. |
