1922616 2010-10-25 No Violations Noted Rigging down to move to McGraw 5H
1930322 2010-11-23 Violation(s) Noted Onsite visit with DEP Geologist (Eric Rooney) and DEP WQS (Ryan Klemish). Followup inpsection of possible stray gas in cellar. Lower elbow on the 2" vent line of the 13 3/8" annulus had bubbles migrating out of joint. Small intermitent bubbles seen every 10 sec. Approx 6" of water in cellar at time of inspection. Asked DEP rep to use flir camera to detect any gas that may be present as I wasn't sure if bubbling from elbow was gas migration or plumbing problem. Also, Gauge on 13 3/8 showing 0 psi, however vavle closed during time of inspection and possible loose elbow. Talked with completions supervisor Nick Pottmeyer stating they would go out and tighten up fittings, open the vavle and monitor for any pressure buildup. Also asked Mr. Pottmeyer to replace the guage on the string with one with smaller graduations to detect any gas that may be present. 601700
