At pulloff, was a small pool of mud off berm of highway (freshwater -based). REcommend operator clean up mud and discuss issue with drivers. Operator shall clean up mud from pad and also from side of Hwy 81. Upon completion, operator to report to DEP for follow up. 20 " set at 70'. 13 3/8" set at 650' with 30 bbl returns, 9 5/8" set at 1623' with 37 bbls returns. Hole shut in until big rig is moved on site to drill out to KOP and lateral.	619284
