2122313	2012-12-10	No Violations Noted	At the time of inspection the Operator was in the process of building the site and installing underground production pipelines. The Erosion and Sedimentation plan was on site. The BMP's appear to be properly installed and functioning properly. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the well pad or access road. The Department notes that the two pits located on site appear to be excavated, however the pits are not lined. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure the stability of the site in maintained.
