Well appears to be in production at this time. The access road is in good condition ¿ BMPs in place. Site is restored and has 70% uniform coverage. The Department requests that the operator either seed and mulch the interconnecting pipeline or put up temporary E&S controls until spring ,to deter accelerated erosion. The Department recommends that the operator inspect the BMPs and E&S controls after every significant measurable rainfall until the 70% uniform coverage is achieved.
