Filter fabric fence appeared to have been installed correctly. Noted that the below grade pit located onsite had a rocky subbase. The Department recommends that the operator regrade the sides of the below grade pit so that it may be properly lined with either soil or hay/straw to protect the pit liner from possible puncture and subsequent failure during well drilling and stimulation activities.

1859114 2010-01-26 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well was not equipped for production at the time of the inspection. The majority of the site had been regraded. Once the weather permits the operator will finish restoration activities through seeding and mulching. The operator should then monitor the site to insure that the 70% uniform coverage criteria is met
1878108 2010-04-20 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded & mulched, however it did not appear to be seeded. The Department recommends that the operator seed the site as soon as possible so as to take advantage of the current growing season.
