Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1800373 2009-05-13 No Violations Noted drilling in process - preparing to cement 1009ft. of 7in. casing/E&S ok/ID&pit ok
1802011 2009-05-18 No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Erosion control measures implemented onsite were in need of maintenance to continue to function properly. Observed that a culvert associated with the access road outleted into a rock filter, however that rock filter then flowed into a disturbed area that had not been temporarly stabilized. In the future the operator should insure that BMP installation is done that so that the effectiveness of the BMP is not compromised.
