2252963 | 2014-03-04 | No Violations Noted | Weather cloudy and cold, inspected with WQS Ben Bahner. This was a preoperational inspection conducted while the pad was still under construction. There were a number of wetlands in the vicinity, and there was a wetland waiver on site. Perimeter E&S controls were in place and conformed with the location and dimentions on the ESCGP plans. At culvert CDC-4, where the access road bends around the base of the pad the rock apron outlet terminates onto a wetland finger. Given its location we recommended modifying the outlet to employ larger size rock and to decrease the overall side. The outlet was modified. There were no other issues at this location. There were no wells on the pad. Inspections for the yet undrilled wells have been logged in DEP's eFACTS database as per guidance in the DEP Draft Oil and Gas Surface Activities Inspection Manual (version June 2012). |
