Spoke with operator representative Cliff Mckeever who indicated the residue on the tank, and any oil/fluids around the tank would be cleaned up and properly disposed of. 3/11/11. The oil/fluids on the side of the tank, and the small amount in the rock surrounding the tank has been cleaned up, and mulch has been applied. Fluids did not appear to progress any further than this, although the area down-gradient of the tank should be monitored for any indication that it has. Spoke with operator representative Cliff Mckeever about this. |
