---|---|---|---|---|
1860443 | 2010-02-02 | No Violations Noted | Drilling 12 3/8" at 145' 3" H2O @ 60'. Drilling suspended due to fluid level in pit. | |
1861219 | 2010-02-04 | No Violations Noted | Pits, E&S ok. Several areas of possible concern were noted in realtion to the access road. | |
1872034 | 2010-03-22 | No Violations Noted | Drilling was completed, well was not equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Noted that the access road was realtively muddy and unstable, but this was due to the recent weather conditions. The operator should insure that the access road is regraded and stabilized as soon as the weather permits. Observed no accelerated erosion on the site. Due to the proximity of Mahoning Creek to the site and the low lying area the operator should begin site reclamation as soon as the weather permits to minimize the potential for erosion or the degradtion of the above grade pit located onsite. The pit contained the drill cuttings and minimal fluids. | |
1994514 | 2011-08-09 | No Violations Noted | Drilling was completed on 02/05/10. Well appeared to be equipped for production with a pumpjack apparatus. Operator had implemented posts to protect the well apparatus from damage due to debris during a flood. Brine tank located at the Armclar Gas Company 2 site and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been effectively restored. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Noted that the access road required routine maintenance to insure its continued passability. |
