Darren Bishop and Frank Kelly of SEPCO were on-site during the inspection. SEPCO was in the process of preparing for flowback procedures. I was informed by Darren Bishop that a test run of filtration has been conducted thus far. Several light towers were observed to be housed on the surface of the ground of the Well Pad and there were a few areas of compromised liner integrity noted during the inspection. |
