| − | | On July 25, 2013, I conducted an inspection at CONSOLï¾’s Nv-55 site. At inspection, CONSOL was into the lateral on the 55F well and was at around 11,000 feet.

The company man exsplains this occured 12/22/2014 about 2:00 am in morning.It appears the regulator (Big Joe )over pressure or fatigue causing the source of gas.The safety equipment work as designed although serious damage occured.
