2028272 2011-12-08 No Violations Noted Upon inspection I found a pump jack producing well with the annulus buried. The commerical production line was shut-in and only house gas was being produced. A small amount of oil had leaked onto the ground surface near the well from a leaking seal on the pump jack. The opeartor had placed absorbent pads down to clean up. Production equipment consist of a 210 bbl steel tank- 70 bbl poly tank and a separator.
