1800124 2009-05-22 No Violations Noted Based on records, permit granted on 5/11/07 and well was completed on 7/5/07. Report submitted to DEP on 9/17/07. Site consisted of heater, separator and 100 bbl brine tank. Well and production equipment located in agricultural field. Well assembly consisted 7 inch pipe reduce to 4 inch and connected to 2 inch production line and connected 3 gate valves. Well tag present at the well head. No signs of IW release around well head or production equipment. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues at the site. Based on in-line pressure gauge, line pressure was 200 psi. Minor gas leak occurring around reducer fitting at well head. Called Texas Keystone (Varren Fulmer) and requested that the leak be addressed.
