Drill pit was constructed, but not lined. The operator should continue to monitor the access road, as ruts were beginning to develop. Noted some concerns with filter fabric fence on the down slope side of the well site near the highway. It is recommended that the fence be tightly secured to maintain stability. Also noted that a drainage ditch around the pit and along the site was not yet rock lined, which is recommended. |
