The pit was still located at the site and the liner had multiple holes in it. Also, the orange safety fence had fallen down in one area. In addition to the violation cited in June 2010 for 25 PA Code §78.65(2) - Failure to restore site within 30 days of permit expiration when well not drilled that has not yet been resolved one additional violation has been cited during this inspection for 25 PA Code §78.56(a)(3) ¿ Pits and tanks shall be designed, constructed and maintained to be structurally sound and reasonably protected from unauthorized acts of third parties. There was no liquid at the time of the inspection, this may indicate there is a leak in the liner, although no hole were observed. MRN 620613
