| 36426368 | 2013-04-04 | I inspected this well as part of a preliminary restoration status check. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and gas motor. It was not pumping during inspection. The valves on the wellhead were in the open position. The tank battery consist of (1) 100 barrel tank and (2) gas separators inside of an earthen dike. Identification has been posted at the tank battery. Preliminary restoration is complete and meets ORC 1509.072. |
