At the time of the inspection the well has a stone access lane with a gate by the road. The identification for the well is posted on the gate. The tank battery has 2 steel tanks and 2 plastic tanks inside an aluminum dike lined with stone. There is a gas scrubbing station also on location and the whole site is inside an 8' tall, barbed wire topped, fence. The gate to the fence is locked so no access to the well was available. The well is set up for production but is shut in at the wellhead and is not being produced. The operator, Norstar Operating LLC, would like to sell the well but has been unable to do so.
