Well pad had no erosion issues. Site was very wet and icy due to inclement weather conditions. Water storage impoundment appeared adequate. Drum containing lubricating fluid was found on its side. No leaks were visible. Inspection revealed the following deficiencies: 1. On the south corner of site (outside of the well pad) there was an active excavation project being conducted. There were no E&S controls around this area. Sediment was freely leaving the site, down the access road and flowing onto Uschak Road T924. 2. Possible permit amendments may be needed for the above mentioned earth disturbance.
