A request was made to move a culvert and deviate from the prepared plan. The movement of the culvert was to allow access for the landowner access to a hay storage area. The replacement of the culvert put the structure in what appeared to be a better position to naturally channel water from the site. On-site plans were marked, ok¿ed and initialed. No violations noted at this time. |
