2129645 2013-01-10 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appears to be drilled and is actively being equipped for production. The Erosion and Sedimentation Plan was on site. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the access road or well pad area. The perimeter E&S BMPs appear to properly installed and functioning properly. Various pits located on site appear to be in sound condition and have the required 2' of freeboard. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the stability of the site in maintained.
