Well was actively being drilled by a US Energy rig at time of inspection. An open channel from the well head to the pit was being used to deliver some materials to the pit. No liner was in place. Mark Hopkins of Kriebel was notified of this via phone immediately. Pit liners integrity was comprimised due to the metal saftey fence posts that were driven through it. Cuttings were to be land farmed. Silt fence was properly installed outside of brush grub area. It was functioning properly. Access road was rocked and stable. Pad was rutted but frozen and no E&S issues were visible. |

Conductor pipe was installed to 42 feet (13 3/8¿ pipe) and sanded in. Mine pipe was installed to 200 feet (9 5/8¿ pipe). Mine pipe was cemented with 190 sks of Class A and cemented to surface with 1 bbls return. Cement basket was set at 155¿ with mine void located at 160¿ to 170¿. Water was encountered at 127¿and 610 feet. Coal bearing zone was noted at 110 feet to 115 feet. Falcon was currently drilling at 840 feet. Falcon anticipated surface pipe set at 1,607 feet.
