1850075 2009-12-14 No Violations Noted The operator submitted a request for a six month site restoration extension on 11/19/09 due to inclement weather, and a need for service rig work. The well reached total depth on 2/5/09 and the ID sign and E&S plan was on site. All E&S controls were installed properly and need to be maintained and inspected after every significant rainfall event. The following extension has been approved, and the deadline for the site restoration is 5/5/10. The Department requests that the fill slop be inspected on a regular basis to hinder any accelerated erosion.
