On September 6, 2012, WQS John Ley and I stopped at the site to access ANR’s progress. We found the site seeded and mulched, but not green yet. Rills were starting to form on some of the banks. I found some junk on the edges. The silt fence was still up. Reclamation work is progressing. The site will be back in compliance when it is uniform vegetative cover of 70% or more and the silt fence is removed. |
