Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1914305 2010-09-21 No Violations Noted Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Belolw grade pit onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls had been implemented properly. Access road had been rocked with clean durable rock for stabilization purposes. Minimal site erosion controls neccesary due to the topography of the site. Silt fencing had been installed properly. Noted that the E&S plan was not specific as to what manner the drill cuttings will be disposed. Specifically the plan stated that the drill cuttings "will be disposed of onsite as per DEP regulations." The plan should state specifically whether the drill cuttings are to be encapsulated or land farmed
1915252 2010-09-23 No Violations Noted Site inspection was conducted just after drilling. Site ID sign in place and E&S plan reviewed. Water level in drill pit meets minimum 2¿ freeboard. Site is relatively level but perimeter E&S BMP¿s in place and functioning adequately (silt fence). Access road is clean durable rock and no issues noted. *Site must be restored within 9 months of drill completion.
