1785144 | 2009-04-14 | No Violations Noted | Well-staked, site not constructed at the time of the inspection. After a phone conversation with plan preparer Charles Kravetsky, it was confirmed that the well pad and entire access road will be rocked due to the short distance to Foster Road. This will minimize the amount of sediment generated onsite and carried off-site during site construction and well development. The E&S plan as submitted should be sufficient to effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation, provided the plan is implemented as outlined and all erosion control measures are maintained properly. |
