E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

The pit had been closed The site was graded back to original contour. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. A portion of the silt fence was down in one section on the lower slope. The operator was contacted. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and ater each runoff event until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.

There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and ater each runoff event until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.

The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. One tank was surrounded by a dike.
