Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1867496 2010-03-04 No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed. Below grade pit onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation observed on the site or access road. It was noted in the E&S plan that the drill ccuttings were to be encapsulated. In addition available information regarding the soils the pit is located in show the seasonal high water table rises to between 17 and 22 inches. At this time the Department is requesting that the operator submit documentation showing what evidence was found to show that the depth to the seasonal high groundwate table is sufficient to allow the encapsulation of the cuttings, or a revised E&S plan showing the cuttings will be land farmed. This documentation should be submitted no later than 03/25/10.
