The filter fence located onsite appeared to still be intact and functioning properly. 2) Noted that a below grade pit was still located onsite. The pit had more than the two-feet of lined freeboard.
At this time the Department is requesting that the operator forward a copy of the Well Record/Completion report showing when drilling was completed at the well-site. This documentation should be forwarded no later than April 9, 2009. |
