Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID
1527750 2006-04-03 No Violations Noted PROD GS/TAG/TANK/E&S OK/FILTER FENCE SHOULD BE REMOVED OR MAINTAINED
2056847 2012-04-03 No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection, well drilled and in production. Well tag present. Drilling completed 3/25/05. Shared access road is exhibiting some erosion; therefore department recommending that operator maintain access road in order to prevent a possible pollution event. Minor rutting and sedimentation noted on well site. Department is unable to determine if the sedimentation is due to landowner activity (removing trees) or operator; therefore department is recommending that operator continue to closely monitor and maintain well site in order to prevent any ES concerns. It appears area surrounding production equipment and brine tank (disturbance related to drilling) has been restored with adequate vegetative growth. Brine tank appears sound. No violations noted during this inspection.
