Recommend operator rock culvert outlets and temporarily seed/mulch prior to snowfall to help resist possible potential for erosion and ensure stabilization of disturbed areas. Two above grade pits located onsite. Left Mike Cioffi a message (11-18-10 @1230pm) to ensure structural integrity of pit liners are maintained, as well as freeboard, a section of liner appeared to come loose from wind. Freeboard ok.
