Access road stable, roadside ditches and culverts adequately rocked; although departments recommends additional rock be added to access road entrance in order to prevent mud from reaching twp. roadway. Well drilled not yet equipped for production. Site has not yet been temporarily stabilized, pits removed site not yet regraded. Operator encapsulated pit onsite according to regulation. Reminder that upon 4 days or more of temporary cessation of activity site should be temporarily stabilized to a state capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation. Temporary bmp's installed, although noted that filter fence improperly placed in front of brush grub line-- in order to ensure proper functioning ability operator shall install FF behind brush/grub line prior to clearing. No violations noted during this inspection.
