The drill rig was placed on containment. The E&S plan was on site with associated BMPs installed and functioning properly. No sign of accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the well pad or access road. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor r the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the stability of the site is maintained.
2393599 Primary Facility 07/22/2015 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drill rig located onsite, drilling was not ongoing due to casing cementing activities. Secondary containment was implemented onsite. No leaks or spills associated with these tanks were observed. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimenation in relation to the site or access road. All site and access road erosion controls had been properlyh implemented, maintained and cut and fill slopes had been temporarily stabilized with vegetation.
