Found no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the well-site or access road. Found that the erosion control BMP's had been implemented properly, specifically the filter fabric fence appeared to be installed correctly. The operator should continue to monitor for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until well development and final restoration activities are completed. |
