Found that the erosion control measures had been implented as outlined in the E&S plan. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. The operator should continue to monitor the erosion control BMP's to insure they are functioning properly until final restoration activities are completed.
1994173 2011-08-08 No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 05/07/09. Well appeared to be equipped for production with a pumpjack apparatus and a brine tank. Brine tank appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been properly restored and the vegetative cover met the70% uniform coverage criteria.
