An E&S concern was noted: A large amount of sediment is being deposited along the silt fence barrier and there is evidence of a recent failure. Contacted operator representative Randy Morris about this concern. An on-site meeting will take place next week to determine the best plan of action.

Previously it was noted that a large amount of sediment was being deposited along the silt fence barrier and there was evidence of a recent failure. The operator will address this concern as part of the site restoration. The operator will re-establish the natural drainage of the field and seed & mulch as soon as possible. Also, they will line the drainage ditch with erosion matting.
