The E/S BMP's were in line with the E/S Plan. The site was complete and the Operator was putting straw blankets on the slopes of the pad during this inspection. The slopes along the access road and the drill pad were temporarily stabilized. The access road was in good condition. Considering the time of year and the weather, please continue to keep the mud off the paved county road by insuring the first 50 feet of the access road has stone capable of cleaning the mud off the tires of vehicles leaving the site. The Operator may begin drilling the Marcellus Wells.
