The violations cited in June 2010 for 25 PA Code §78.65(2) - Failure to restore site within 30 days of permit expiration when well not drilled that has not yet been resolved one additional violation has been cited during this inspection for 25 PA Code §78.56(a)(3) ¿ Pits and tanks shall be designed, constructed and maintained to be structurally sound and reasonably protected from unauthorized acts of third parties are still outstanding. You had indicated in your response to the Notice of Violation 7009 1680 0000 0578 4803 that this pit had been removed. This is obviously not the case. 620604
