1891148 2010-06-01 No Violations Noted On June 1, 2010 I visited the site in response to an odor complaint. There was a small amount of water and oil contained in the dike. I contacted the operator on June 3rd and he agreed to remedy the situation. Otherwise the well site appeared to be in compliance. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of the inspection.
1894945 2010-06-29 No Violations Noted On June 29, 2010 I visited the site as a follow up to a complaint inspection on June 1st. The operator had replaced the tanks contained in the dike area and had constructed new plumbing. All fluids and oil had been removed from the containment area and it was freshly mulched.
