A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted on site. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition. The site was recently seeded and mulched. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site has reached uniform 70% vegetative cover
