2332367 | Primary Facility | 2014-12-12 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | A Consolidated wellhead Service Rig was on the location in the process of cleaning out and setting kill plugs for the Plushanski West 2H well according to Mr. Robichaux. Freshwater and production fluid transported to the site from permitted wells on other Carrizo locations is used in the process of cleaning out the well. My meter indicated over the limit conductivity readings in water on containment next to the frac tank battery containment berm. Mr. Robichaux indicated residuals from a fluid hose was spilled on the containment as the hose was broke down from the frac tank. He will have a vacuum truck remove the fluid off containment. Production fluid is stored in the frac tanks and freshwater is stored in the frac tanks covered with plastic sheeting. A heating pump is used to prevent the water from freezing inside the tanks. I observed (2) small areas of staining in the snow on containment below the heating unit. I also observed a small pool of diesel fuel in containment on the access road. |
