Crude Oil spill noticed at one of the frac tanks, oil was blown out the back of the tank approximatle 10 ft, and is dripping off top and sides. Oil is a light green color with a stong petroleum odor. Spill was turned over to WQS Jessica Miller who contacted Anadarko and informed them of the spill. Pipeline crew was on site, no Anadarko personelle at site.
1856416	2010-01-12	De minimus Violations Noted	Well is completed and is shut in. Zigenfuss was on site loading equipment on trucks to transport out. While doing inspection, I noted two large tears in the pit liner that are above the 2 ft. minimum freeboard level. Although a violation is not being issued, these tears need to be repaired to prevent the contents of the pit from leaking. I am also requesting that upon completion of the repair, pictures be provided I also noted that the water level in the pit is coming close to the minimum 2 ft. freeboard level on the NNW corner of the pit. Site ID sign was on location. I could not locate the mailbox with the E/S Plan. Met Cole Sterling from Rettew on site and informed him of the tears in the pit liner.dralt Discussed above concerns with with Doug Casteel on 1/14/10 and Jeff Bordelon on 1/15/10.
