0653204558 2013-03-18 Production Wells No Violations Well equipped with 10 conductor, 8 5/8 surface casing with a head, and 2 tubing that terminates at an open hammer union and no valve. The pumping unit is disconnected from the rods and has no power source. The well is not equipped with an ID. No know owner or production ever filled with the division. Will move to place well in Orphan program. Well is likely an old shackle line unit because down the road at 39.99929 -81.93012 there is an old wheel house for a shackle line system that includes the engine, gears, lines, and a wooden tank. Pictures taken.
