The area surrounding the well has been restored. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is dated 3/1/18. Tire ruts near production equipment observed. Standing frozen water was present in the ruts; conductivity reading of 25.4 us/cm. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, piping, etc. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary.
