The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is dated 9/4/18. The well head and connecting pipes are being maintained; no corrosion or flakey paint were observed on this equipment. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases were detected.

Routine inspection of Alliance Petroleum Corp., currently operated by Diversified O&G, LLC., SGL 100 Pad, Well # 129 on December 18, 2018. There is 1 active and producing well on this pad. Annulus vent (7¿ x 4-1/2¿) is open and vented. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus; and 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. Production equipment includes separator, drip and production water tank; measurement equipment - orifice meter station. Production casing pressure ¿ 46 PSI, production line pressure ¿ 44 PSI. No violations were noted at the time of inspection.
