Well completed with 8¿ pipe reduced to 4 ¿pipe reduced to 2¿ production pipe and 4 shut off valves. Production equipment was heater, separator (100 psi), 100 bbl brine tank (< 10 bbl brine in tank) and dual phase data logger (50 psi/ 0 psi). At the time of inspection, no IW and E&S issues at the site. No signs of gas leakage around well head. Access road requires additional field work. Requested DEP Water Quality personnel review the access road for possible E&S issues.
