| Inspection with Jeff Fry. Well was found while inspecting another well (34-143-2-0241-0000) on the property. The well is being produced and is not permitted. Spoke to landowner Tim Younker on site. He admitted that he is producing the well. Oil is being picked up by Nieset and gas is being used to heat home. An old truck tanker was being used to pump oil/saltwater into, then the oil was transferred to 2 smaller tanks for oil collection. The truck tanker was and has been leaking salt water on the ground. There was also oil on the ground around the wellhead and storage tanks. Mr. Younkers said he would replace tanks, clean up oil and saltwater areas and submit application for permit. Gave Mr. Younkers application forms.
