Correct identification was present. The well head was above grade. The production casing annulus was closed to atmosphere. The top of the well head was equipped with a master gate valve and a flow cross. The top of the cross contained a swab valve connection with observation port. The sides of the cross contained a blind flange and a wing valve that lead to a 4.5 run and buried drip prior to the distribution system. All valves were closed. No leaks were observed. |
